Add an Event

Use this form to submit events for the university website event calendar. Events must be sponsored or hosted by Lincoln University. Once the form is submitted, the event will be published on the website and a confirmation link will be sent to the email listed on the form. Commercial and other non-university posts are not appropriate.

  1. Is the event already on the website event calendar? Review the event calendar prior to submitting an event. 
  2. All events physically on campus should be submitted and approved through Astra. To learn more about Astra, contact the Office of Special Events. Submitting the Add Event form will not reserve a room. All room reservations are completed thru Astra.
  3. Only current University faculty and staff may submit events for the University calendar. If a student group wants to add an event, their organization's advisor should submit it on their behalf. The adviser then becomes the contact listed in the announcement that is posted on the University calendar. Submissions by external organizations will not be published to our calendar.
