Add an Event

Please use this form to submit events to be included on the university website event calendar.  Please use the webform below to provide all the information needed to add your event to the website.

 

Is the event already on the website event calendar? Review the event calendar prior to submitting an event. 

All campus events should be submitted and approved through Astra. To learn more, contact the Office of Special Events

Please be as descriptive in your title as possible.
Include as applicable: a description of the event, agenda, guests or speaker, the intended audience (students, alumni, employees, community), fees, event's sponsor or host and how to get more information about the event (Example: For more information, contact the Example Committee at example@lincoln.edu or 484-365-8000.). If information is available at another link, include link.
Please upload any photos or flyers to include with your event.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png pdf doc.
