How to Order
The National Student Clearinghouse is authorized to process online orders and electronically deliver Lincoln University official transcripts. Transcript orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days for electronic delivery and 3–5 business days for mailed transcripts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, University holidays, or other University closures. You can also check the status of an existing order.
Fees and Delivery Methods
- Transcript fee (paper): $8.25
- Transcript fee (electronic): $6.90
- Transcript fee (ETX): $6.90
How to pay: Any major credit or check card. Payment will be processed when your order is fulfilled.
Delivery options:
- Electronic (pdf): Delivered electronically to any email address.
- Standard (USPS): Delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
- Express – Domestic (additional fees required): Delivered within the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) by United Parcel Service (UPS). A tracking number will be provided with this mailing option. Requests received after 11:00 AM will be fulfilled for the next business day. Express shipments cannot be delivered to a PO box.
- Express – International (additional fees required): Delivered to any region outside of the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) by United Parcel Service (UPS). A tracking number will be provided with this mailing option. Requests received after 11:00 AM will be fulfilled for the next business day.
- Pick-up: Once your request is received in our office, your order will be ready for pickup within 3-5 business days. Additional processing time may be required during high volume periods and around University holidays. Transcripts may be picked up at the Office of the Registrar during business hours.
