McRary Hall

Exterior view of McCrary Hall, a two-story brick residence hall with large windows, a blooming pink redbud tree, and students gathered near the entrance on a spring day.

McRary Hall was originally constructed in 1956 with funds provided by the Estate of Dr. Robert B. McRary and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. To the present day it has been used as a male residential community. 119 freshmen males are housed on the two levels of McRary Hall, while the laundry room is located on the lower level. During the summer of 2008, McRary underwent renovations and major improvements to the bathroom and shower facilities.
