General Information, Location, and Time
The Alumni Tailgate will take place within the small portion of ICC Parking Lot (M) located directly behind the ICC Building on Saturday, October 24 from 10am – 6pm.
The Homecoming Game Day Pass is required to access any on-campus activity occurring before and during the homecoming football game, including the Alumni Tailgate.
There will be no cars allowed in the tailgate area once the event officially starts.
Lincoln University is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal and/or rented equipment.

Alumni that wish to set up equipment, such as a personal tent, tables, chairs, or a grill, within the designated tailgate area will need to submit an application form. Alumni that want to attend the Tailgate event without a dedicated personal or group setup do not need to submit an application form.
The Tailgate application form will be shared with our campus community and alumni on Wednesday, September 23. This form must be completed on Wednesday, September 30 at 5 p.m.
Completing the application form does not guarantee a tailgate spot, as we have a limited number of spaces available this year.
Each approved alumni can utilize two parking spots only. Spaces can be used for your equipment set up (i.e. personal tent, tables, chairs, grill). These spots will be assigned after your application is approved.
We will give approved alumni a window of time on Monday, October 19, Tuesday, October 20, and Saturday, October 24 to drop grills, supplies, equipment, and personal pop-up tents to their designated spaces.
If you are planning to drop off and pick up equipment on event day, we will need the car's make, model, color and license plate number. This information will need to be submitted on the application. Individuals can submit information for one personal vehicle on the application. If all required information isn't provided, your application will not be considered.
All music must stop at 5:45 p.m. and attendees will need to start vacating the lot to decrease on-campus foot traffic.
Approved vehicles will be let back onto campus at approximately 7:30 p.m (Elkdale Drive Entrance). Please be advised, vehicles used to drop off and pick up equipment must coincide with the information provided on the application. Vehicles may not be able to leave the tailgate lot until after 11pm on Saturday, October 24 due to anticipated high foot and vehicle traffic within the event area.
This year, we are offering a $50 all-inclusive Homecoming Game Day Ticket Pass that includes access to parking, the Homecoming Football Game, the Alumni Tailgate, Lion Fest and the temporary Greek plots. The Game Day Pass is required to access any on-campus activity occurring before and during the homecoming football game.

All alumni and guests attending the Homecoming Football Game, the Tailgate, and Yard Fest will have to access these event spaces through the football stadium's main entrance.
Lion Fest and the Alumni Tailgate are two separate events. The designated area for Lion Fest and the temporary Greek plots is the large portion of the ICC Parking Lot.
Personal vehicles are not allowed in parking lot M during the events. There will be no cars allowed in the tailgate area once the event officially starts.
No, the ICC Building will be inaccessible to all students and alumni. There will be portable toilets, hand washing stations, and sanitizing stations placed within both sections of the ICC Parking Lot for students and alumni to utilize.
