Dear Lincoln University Team,
We want to proactively reach out to share an update regarding the rollout of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) formally known as Maintenance Connection at Lincoln University. We are making a brief adjustment to our original timeline to ensure the database and integration are fully optimized before going live.
The CMMS Maintenance Connection will be soft-launched on July 8, 2026. The hard-launch will be July 13, 2026, at which point all personnel will be able to call in and submit work orders directly. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and want to assure you that uninterrupted facilities support remains our top priority in the interim.
In the meantime, work orders can be submitted by calling our dedicated help desk at 1-484-365-8061, which will be made available to all staff, faculty, and students. Our team is standing by to ensure every request is received and addressed promptly — no request will fall through the cracks during this transition period.
Thompson Facilities Services is truly excited about this partnership with Lincoln University. We are deeply committed to delivering stellar service to your students, staff, and faculty, and we look forward to demonstrating that commitment every day.
Thank you for your continued patience and partnership. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Warm regards,
Thompson Facilities Services.
The work order system should not be used for events and/or resource requests. All event and resource requests need to be submitted through CourseDog for proper approval.
