Nationwide Partial Zoom Outage - Update: This issue is resolved

Information Technology Update:

Email

  • The @lincoln.edu email domain is fully operational for faculty and staff. Faculty and staff who are still having problems accessing their email account may contact the IT Help Desk at 484-365-4357.
  • All students will receive a new Lincoln email account @lions.lincoln.edu. Students may contact the IT Help Desk at 484-365-4357 to receive their new email credentials and assistance with signing in for the first time.

Colleague and WebAdvisor

  • Colleague Web UI5 used for administrative functions is now fully operational.
  • WebAdvisor is fully operational except for the Self-Service option used to make student payments. Self-Service is estimated to be restored by close of business Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

Shared Files

  • IT continues to restore access to shared files.
  • It is expected that the shared files will be fully restored by Thursday, August 6, 2020.

Lincoln University is aware of an email outage that is affecting all lincoln.edu email accounts. We are working to resolve the issue and expect a resolution by close of business on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

1:30 p.m. Update: Water service has been restored. 

A planned water outage related to construction at Dickey Hall will occur Friday, March 6, 2020, beginning at 9 a.m. and lasting until at least 2 p.m.  at buildings along Maple Avenue, specifically: 

  • Mary Dod Brown Memorial Chapel
  • University Hall
  • Ware Center
  • Cannon House
  • Alumni House
  • President’s Residence
  • Duplex Residence at Alumni House

3: 15 p.m. Update: Service has been restored. 

A planned water outage related to construction at Dickey Hall will occur tomorrow, March 5, 2020, beginning at 9 a.m. and lasting until at least noon at buildings along Maple Avenue, specifically:

  • Mary Dod Brown Memorial Chapel
  • University Hall
  • Ware Center
  • Cannon House
  • Alumni House
  • Duplex Residence at Alumni House
  • President’s Residence

The main campus continues to experience water outages and intermittent water pressure related to construction at Dickey Hall. Buildings affected are primarily near Maple Drive, though other buildings might be affected.

Physical Plant staff members are on site.

3 p.m. Update: Water service is in the process of being restored. Be aware that for the next several hours, water pressure might not be consistent.
