LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. – The Lincoln University Concert Choir will participate in Gateway "GTWY" Church’s Black History Month celebration that highlights their 2021 theme, "The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity."

“At GTWY, we care about the unity and diversity that exists in our community and seek to honor one another out of reverence for Christ, this is a part of our reasoning to invite the Lincoln University’s Concert Choir,” said Susan Pacella, get involved coordinator, GTWY Church.

GTWY Church will celebrate Black History Month with multiple events throughout February. The events range from moderated online panel discussions to in-person programs.

Dr. Camilla Horne, director of choral activities, said, "on behalf of the members of the Lincoln University Concert Choir, I want to thank the members of Parkesburg Gateway Church for allowing us to participate in their exciting Black History Month events. Although we cannot participate in person, know that we are truly there in spirit and song."
