Prior to submitting your request for institutional data, please review the information already available on the Institutional Research, Course Evaluation, or Survey Research webpages. If you are unable to locate the information you are looking for, please complete the OIERP Information Request Form below by clicking the Submit button.
Please allow 10 business days for OIERP to process the request. The time to receive data depends on the complexity of the request and availability of our staff. In many cases, OIERP will follow up with you to discuss your request in more detail.
Due to high volume, please give us as much advance notice as possible if you are working with a deadline.
Research Project involving Human Subjects: If you are requesting information to use for a research project on human subjects, then you must submit your research project application to the LU Institutional Review Board (IRB) for approval. Additional senior leadership approvals may also be needed.
