At Lincoln University, Homecoming is more than just a football game—it’s a tradition that brings our entire community together.
Each year, Homecoming week kicks off with the coronation ceremony and a special church service, followed by days filled with step shows, performances, parties, vendors, food, and more—all leading up to the excitement of tailgating and the big game. It’s one of the most anticipated celebrations of the year and a cornerstone of Lincoln’s culture. Homecoming also welcomes hundreds of proud alumni back to campus, creating opportunities for students to connect, network, and build lasting relationships that can lead to new opportunities beyond Lincoln. At its heart, Homecoming is about unity—students, alumni, faculty, and friends coming together to honor our rich legacy and celebrate the accomplishments of the Lincoln family.
