Logan Anderson

Logan Anderson

Major in Biology with a focus of animal science

Recent Research Activities:

I will be conducting camera trapping surveys throughout the refuge in order to assess medium to large mammal presence and occupancy. This is the first comprehensive assessment of mammal diversity at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge.

Relevence of research; broader implications/applications:

The results of this study will provide important information on the mammal presence at the John Heinz Wildlife Refuge. This information will allow more effective management of mammal populations.

Plans for the Future:

My end goal is to graduate Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Biology. After undergraduate school, I will attend vet school to receive my doctorate in veterinary medicine.
