Welcome to Lincoln University's
SESQUICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION

Sesquicentennial Competitions

The Sesquicentennial Commission will be sponsoring five Lincoln University Sesquicentennial Talent Competitions for all students who wish to compete.

The categories and faculty contact for the competitions are as follows:

Visual Arts Competition - Professor Jeffrey Chapp
Oratorical Competition - Dean Judith Thomas
Poetry Contest - Dr. Benson Prigg
Performing Arts Competition - Dr. Alvin Amos
Essay Contest - Dr. Marilyn Button

Prizes for each competition wil be presented as follows:
1st - $1,000
2nd - $500
3rd - $250

~ Application Submission Deadline: January 15, 2004 ~

Prizes and awards are to be presented to the winners on April 15, 2004 during the Happy Birthday Cel;ebration to be held in the Main Gym at 11:00 AM.
