Announcements and Complaints
· Dr. Yamauchi complained about the door in University Hall. Students congregate at the back and people coming in the building have no way of knowing that there are people behind. He suggested putting up a sign to warn people to be careful in opening the door or to replace the door with one with a glass see through door.
· Dr. Chikwem announced that a representative of Highland Blue Shield will be on campus on October 21, 2003. Faculty wishing to interact with her at lunch should contact the Dean's Secretary, Dana.
· Faculty in Wright Hall complained of the fire alarms being replaced everywhere in the building as well as the excessive noise of lawn mowers operating around classrooms during lectures.
