At Lincoln University, Freshman Merit Scholarships are awarded exclusively to incoming freshmen on a competitive basis. In order to be considered for the available merit scholarships you must have applied and been admitted to Lincoln. Each merit scholarship application is carefully reviewed by an unbiased scholarship committee. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, considering outstanding academic achievement and standardized test scores (ACT or SAT) as well as co-curricular involvement demonstrated in the scholarship application.
Applicants who submit the scholarship application after January 15 are considered for the merit scholarships based on available funding. To ensure maximum consideration, be certain to complete all fields of the application. Failure to provide the appropriate information may delay the review of your application.
