  • Invited to be a Reviewer for the Social Science Library (SSL) of the Global Development and Environment Institute of Tufts University. The SSL has been in the process of compiling a list of articles and book chapters that will be distributed by CD-ROM (free of charge) to university libraries throughout the developing world. Previous work in developing countries made the SSL aware that libraries, especially in the remote, rural parts of those areas, are even more lacking in social science materials than in the natural sciences. The CD-ROM will be focusing on seven social science disciplines, one of which is Social Psychology, within which the subfield of Race and Ethnicity will be reviewed, in part, by Dr. Favor.

DR. PENELOPE KINSEY

  • Awarded Sabbatical Leave: Fall Semester, 2006-Organized and began writing student manual for use in Senior Seminar I, and in Senior Seminar II.
  • Continued co-editing process with Dr. Delroy Louden: Fall and Spring Semesters, 2006-2007-Organized and continued collaboration for book, Critical Equity and Access Issues in Health Care Delivery for African Americans, Vol. 3, the third book in a series written under the auspices of the Office of Research, Development, and Planning, Lincoln University.
