University Emergency weather announcements
The Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs & Enrollment Management, along with the President will make decisions regarding the delay or cancellation of classes in weather emergencies.  The Office of Human Resources will be responsible for posting the announcement on the designated media outlets.

Board of Trustee Commonwealth Appointments
- Dr. Robert L. Albright - reappointed to a term expiring August 2006
- Ms. Carol Ann Campbell - reappointed to a term expiring November 2006
- Mr. Robert F. Powelson - appointed to a term expiring August 2005
