The Cabinet approved the minutes of the November 10, 2003 meeting.
Developments regarding Faculty Contract Negotiations/Strike
The Lincoln University Faculty rejected Lincoln University’s November 12, 2003 mediation proposal, which included a 28.5% wage increase over the next 4 years. Faculty members were on the picket line beginning Tuesday, November 18, 2003.

Honda Campus All-Star Challenge (HCASC)
Lincoln University students will participate in a campus tournament in order to be eligible to compete in the HCASC in Orlando, FL, March 25-29-2004.
HB 1634 Capital Budget Bill
The Capital Budget Bill containing Lincoln's capital items will come before the Senate Appropriations Committee for passage in mid-December.
The Cabinet meeting was adjourned at 3:30 PM.
