of the October 4, 2011 Cabinet Meeting were accepted with noted revision.
PRESIDENT
University
Priorities - President
Nelson led an in depth discussion regarding the focus for the University this
semester relative to the priorities established by the Board of Trustees. Particulars in the academic area included the
use of Desire2Learn and GradesFirst to monitor the academic progress of our
students. Financial support for the
Summer Bridge Program was also discussed.
NCAA Compliance
Report – the
NCAA Division II committee on Infractions has approved Lincoln University’s
annual compliance report dated August 31, 2011.
Employee Benefit
Plan – The
University is considering whether it would be beneficial to its employees to
look into the possibility of offering additional options for its 403(b)
plan.

There
being no further business, President Nelson adjourned the meeting at 11:30 a.m.
