Minutes of the September 3, 2002 Cabinet Meeting were approved.

WebCT
Lincoln University's WebCT system is in place.  WebCT is a Web-based, which enables our students to access material from their courses and to communicate with their professors and fellow students.  Instructions on the use of the system have been distributed to all students.

Chester Water Authority
Due to the unprecedented drought during 2002, the Chester Water Authority has asked the University to make a special effort to appeal to resident students to conserve water whenever and wherever possible.

Building Committee for 400 Bed Residence Hall
The following Committee has been established: Vice President William Bynum, Chair; Mr. Jerryl Briggs, Dean of Students and Campus Life; Mr. John Thompson, Director of Physical Plant; Ms. Antoinette Wallace, Director of Residence Life; Dr. Lenetta Lee, Assistant Prof., Education Department; and students, Mr. Hakim Jefferson and Ms. Erica Campbell.

Main Campus Master Planning Committee
The following Committee has been established: Vice President Michael Hill, Chair; Vice President William Bynum; Mr. John Thompson, Director of Physical Plant; Ms. Rosalie Facey-Jones, Director of Human Resources; Dr. Benson Prigg, Assistant Prof., English Department; and students Mr. William Gary and Ms. Michelle McKee.

The Cabinet meeting was adjourned at 11:00 AM.
