Capital Projects

The Department of General Services (DGS) has assigned a design professional to several of the Commonwealth-funded capital projects.  Lincoln University is intent on commencing work on the projects as soon as possible.

The University's internal counsel is currently working with DGS on the details of the individual contracts.  The review will assist the University to better understand the services to be provided by the design professional as well as to clarify and better understand Lincoln's role as administrator of the contract.

The projects to which design professionals have been assigned are listed below.

Fiscal Affairs
New Employee Orientation
The Office of Human Resources will begin the implementation of a  "New Employee Orientation Program" to familiarize new employees with the University.  The half-day orientation will include presentations from the four main divisions of the University in addition to presentations directed specifically to personnel procedures/policies, public safety and the physical plant.
