Minutes of the August 11, 2003 Cabinet Meeting were approved.

STUDENT AFFAIRS & ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT
Freshmen Orientation
Freshman students arrived on campus Sunday, August 17, 2003.  The registration process went smoothly.  The only backlog occurred in the Health Services office as a great number of students arrived on campus without the required immunizations.  Freshman Orientation and Transition Week will continue through Tuesday, August 26th.

Parents of freshman students were issued the "Parent Orientation: A Guide to First-Year Success for Lincoln University Parents" booklet.  The booklet was well received by parents.

One Card System
Phase I of the new "One Card" project has been implemented for students.  All Lincoln students will now be issued a single card, which will serve as their I.D. card as well as give access to library, laundry and cafeteria services.
