Physical Plant Summer 2001 Priority Projects
Mr. John Thompson, Director of Physical Plant, provided an update on Summer 2001 Physical Plant projects and summarized the Lucy Laney Hall tour held on July 21, 2001, with several members of the Board of Trustees.  A proposal to renovate Ware Center was presented to the Development Office for use in identifying external funding sources for the renovation.

PA Department of the Auditor General
On July 30, 2001, the PA Department of the Auditor General will begin an audit of appropriations earned by Lincoln University for year ended June 30, 2000.

PA Department of Education
The University will begin to prepare the 2002-03 Program Budget Request for submission to the Bureau of Budget and Fiscal Management by September 14, 2001.

Strategic Planning for Technology at Lincoln University
An overview of the current state of technology at the University will be presented to MBNA, The Executive Leadership Foundation, and TRE Associates in an effort to implement a complete coherent technology strategy for Lincoln University.
