The search for the Director of Langston Hughes Memorial Library will be
conducted beginning in September.
Academic Affairs
Vice President Venerable is to develop a chronological report on what
Lincoln University has accomplished in the last five (5) years in our education
program.
Development
Ms. Stephanie Franklin-Suber declined the honorary co-chair position
for the Philadelphia Sesquicentennial Gala in October 2003.
Fiscal Affairs
Human Resources
The current PAF form was discussed and will be revised accordingly.
Promotion and transfer and job posting policies must be in place no later
than August 19, 2003. Criminal background checks must be brought
into compliance.
Capital Budget Procedures
The Vice Presidents are to make recommendations to the President on
the Capital Budget Procedures submitted by Mr. Steve Carol. University
standards on copiers and computers are to be provided so that the Cabinet
can revisit the process.
Office of Sponsored Programs
Policies and procedures for the Office of Sponsored Programs must be
in place by August 19, 2003.
