Howard E. Merlin, Dean John O. Chikwem, Dean Judith A.W. Thomas and Ms. Diane
M. Brown. Mr. John Thompson was in
attendance for a portion of the meeting.
MINUTES
The
July 5, 2011, Cabinet minutes were approved as presented.
PHYSICAL PLANT UPDATE
Mr.
Thompson’s report included the following updates:
- Library – 96% complete. The move of the Library collection is scheduled
to begin today, July 12, 2011.
- Grim Hall – 99% complete
- Wright Hall – 81% complete
- Wellness Center – 56% complete
PRESIDENT
The President provided and discussed additional information
to be utilized in the preparation of the 2011-12 Budget.
A review of Lincoln University’s Draft Monitoring Report to
MSCHE has been conducted by an outside consultant. The reviewer’s comments have been forwarded to
the Faculty Writing Committee for implementation into a revised Report.
