DISCUSSION ITEMS
 
·         Assessment Activities – Cabinet reviewed an additional draft of the MSCHE Monitoring Report.  The  Draft Report will be sent to an external reviewer within the next week.
 
·         Summer Bridge Program – Dean Thomas reported that 80 students have paid the requisite deposit for enrollment into the program.  The Proposed Budget was discussed.
 
·         2011-2012 State Budget – Cabinet discussed Senate Bill No. 1125 as well as information received from Lincoln University’s Government Consultant concerning the Governor’s Budget.
 
FISCAL AFFAIRS
 
Vice President Merlin was asked to set up a Budget Departmental Code for all Summer Bridge Program expenses.
 
Cabinet reviewed the University’s Conformance Reports for the period July 1, 2010 thru May 31, 2011.
 
Vice President Merlin was asked to prepare another draft 2011-2012 operating budget.
