Development and External Relations
The Division has established the following Strategic Programmatic Emphasis for FY 04-05:

- Increase the Endowment
- Academic Centers of Excellence in:

• Natural and Environmental Sciences
• Teacher Education
• Business and Technology
• Communications

- Other University Priorities

• Retention Program
• Pre-Law Undergraduate Scholars Program
• Upgrade of the University's Instructional and Administrative Technology
• Cooperative Art Program with the Barnes Foundation

Student Affairs and Enrollment Management
Dorm Room Preparation
The preparation of the dormitories for the return of students in the fall is a top priority.  Procedures will be instituted to ensure the readiness of the facilities according to a specific standard established by the administration.
