Cabinet minutes of May 27, 2009
were approved.
ACADEMIC AFFAIRS
The Deans provided updates on
their activities to assist with the recruitment of Centers of
Excellence
Scholars. A meeting will be scheduled
with Admissions staff in order to formulate a cohesive plan that
outlines the necessary
participation from the different constituent groups in recruiting these
scholars.
FISCAL AFFAIRS
Lincoln University’s 2009-10 Budget – The University’s
staffing needs and salary budget for FY’10 were finalized.
President Nelson and Vice President Merlin
will review additional budget lines in order to close the small gap to
achieve
a balanced budget.
