Minutes of the May 27, 2003 Cabinet Meeting were approved.

2003-2004 Budgets Final details of the Operating and Capital Budgets were discussed. The proposed budgets will be submitted to pertinent committees of the Board of Trustees for review.

Position Control records/sheets have been developed by Human Resources for the years 1999-2003. The Vice Presidents were asked to review the forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies to H.R. for corrective action.

Payroll All transactions requiring input by payroll must have the signature of the respective vice president. Information must be submitted through Human Resources for proper accounting and record keeping/verification to the Payroll department.
