Minutes of the May 12, 2003 Cabinet Meeting were approved. 2003-2004

Operating and Capital Budgets Extensive discussion was held concerning the details of the draft 2003-2004 operating and capital budgets. The office of Fiscal Affairs was asked to make several adjustments in expenses and resubmit the draft for further review by the Cabinet.

Commonwealth Department of the Auditor General On June 2, 2003, the Department of the Auditor General will begin its audit of appropriations earned by Lincoln University for the year ended June 30, 2002.

Academic Affairs Classes in Lincoln University's new Pre-law program began May 19, 2003. Sixteen students are currently enrolled in the program.

Fiscal Affairs The Cabinet approved the revision of the Administrative Time Sheet.
