Commencement - A post-Commencement meeting will be scheduled to review Commencement set-up and logistics. Vice Presidents Bynum and Hill have been asked to meet with the Commencement Committee to provide assistance in addressing certain aspects of the activities.
Federal TRIO Programs - Student Affairs & Enrollment Management will work with the appropriate office to put together a proposal for a TRIO Special Services grant to submit to the Department of Education.
Privatized Housing - The University has been informed that it will not be necessary to subdivide the parcel of land to be used for the privatized housing project.

On Wednesday, May 16, 2001, a representative of Noel-Levitz will conduct an Enrollment Management Analysis and Workshop for University offices directly involved with the process of enrollment management.
Development and External Relations - To date, a total of twelve pledges of $25,000 over a five-year period have been made to the capital fund drive for Lincoln University. In addition, eight pledges of $10,000 have also been made.
MISCELLANEOUS
At its meeting on Saturday, May 5, 2001, the Alumni Association elected
Dr. William Bennett and Mr. Frank Gihan as alumni trustees to the Board.
Dr. Bennett was elected to his first term, while Mr. Gihan was re-elected
to his second term on the Board.
