Lincoln University Records Storage and Retention A Records Storage and Retention Policy will be established for the University. The administration will work on implementing a policy as soon as possible. Records currently stored in the Living Learning Center (LLC) storage area will be reviewed and organized for easy accessibility and retrieval. In addition, the storage area will be set up with necessary shelving and cabinets to provide a functional storage area.
Campus Security Notice has been given that the University will terminate its contractual relationship with Spectaguard effective June 30, 2001. This change is intended to enable the University to modify the manner in which safety and security services are provided to the University community. As part of the modification of safety and security services, the University has filed a petition with the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas to establish a University police force.
Commonwealth funded Capital Projects Fully executed Requests for Project Action have now been received for all capital projects included in the $29.4 million Commonwealth appropriation.
University Travel Program The University is in the process of moving all business travel to an American Express One account. The switch is intended to facilitate greater efficiency in making travel reservations, securing tickets for travel and record keeping for all University Travel. All potential travelers have been asked to complete the requested travel profile by May 4, 2001.
