MINUTES
 
Cabinet minutes of April 21, 2009 were approved.
 
PRESIDENT
 
Lincoln University’s 2009-10 Budget – President Nelson presented attendees with detail budget analyses as well as his positioning statement for the final development of Lincoln’s 2009-2010 budget.  Attendees discussed the material presented.
 
PHYSICAL PLANT BRIEFING
 
Mr. Thompson reported that the State will take over as general contractor of the International Cultural Center construction project as of April 31.
 
An agreement has been reached on the finish for the floors in the new science building.
 
The consultant’s recommendation regarding the survey of various buildings on the campus was presented to the Cabinet.  No decision was reached regarding the recommendations.
   
ACADEMIC AFFAIRS
 
Academic Affairs was asked to develop a solution to identify a student’s participation in the Honors Program on their transcript.
 
The new registrar will come on board May 14.
 
FISCAL AFFAIRS
 
Copies of the “Information and Communication Technologies Policy” were distributed for review and comment.
