The Cabinet also discussed housing of students who receive the University funded Presidential, 21st Century, University and International scholarships.  The administration will consider whether these students will be required to reside in the University’s residence halls.

The Vice President and directors in the fiscal area met with the incoming Student Government Association officers to discuss the University’s policies and procedures.  The meeting was well received and the students were pleased to have the opportunity to exchange information and become better informed about University requirements as they relate to their new responsibilities as SGA officers.

The Cabinet has determined that Lincoln students should be required to purchase insurance to cover their personal property if they do not have this coverage through other means.  The fiscal office is in the process of collecting information concerning the cost to students for this insurance coverage.
