by the Resident Advisors (RA’s).
Administrative Timesheets
After a recent audit of employee benefits, the Internal Auditor has made
a recommendation that future reporting of administrative time reported on
manual timesheets be done on an actual basis. In order to accomplish
this, a monthly reporting of time from the 16th of one month to the 15th
of the following month must be implemented. The office of Human Resources
and the Business Office will work to implement this change by the July time
period at the latest.
Enhancing Admission Strategies
The Office of Development and External Relations along with Student Affairs
and Enrollment Management have been charged with the task of developing a
workshop for Lincoln University admission counselors on how to effectively
market the University to prospective students.
Campus Philly
Vice President Hill has been designated campus liaison for a joint research
project of Campus Philly, Knowledge Industry Partnership (KIP), and the City
of Philadelphia Department of Commerce. The project involves an online
survey of student attitudes about their time spent in the region and their
