PHYSICAL PLANT BRIEFING
 
Mr. Thompson provided the status of current State projects:
 
Emergency Generation Phase III in design
Vail Hall Expected completion June 2011
Life Science Building Expected completion July 2011
Wright Hall 20% complete
Library 28% complete
Landscaping/Athletic Fields Weather-related delays; 8% complete
Wellness Center 34% complete
Dickey Hall Design phase at State level
 
Other issues included the Lincoln University bus policy and proposed summer 2011 renovation projects (including, but not limited to) McCauley, Ashmun, and Hansberry Halls.
