Minutes of the January 22, 2003 Cabinet Meeting were approved.
Barnes Foundation Oral Arguments Judge Ott held oral arguments on January 23, 2003 on the petitions to intervene in the Barnes Petition to relocate the Barnes art collection from Lower Merion to Philadelphia and increase the size of the Barnes Board of Trustees. Lincoln University was represented at the hearing by University Counsel, George Buchanan; Chairwoman Rhone, Lincoln University Board of Trustees; and Daphne Goldman, of Blank Rome. The Judge is expected to issue an order within two to three weeks.
