Minutes of December 13, 2004 Cabinet meeting were approved.
Physical Plant Update
DGS Projects currently underway: New Sewer Plant and Steam Plant
Upgrade
DGS projects in Design: University Hall, Phase 2 Back-Up Generation,
HVAC Systems & Controls, Asbestos, Abatement, Ware Center Renovation
Phase 2, Roof Upgrade to Residences, Life science Ventilation Upgrades, Student
Union Building Renovations, New Science Building, International Cultural
Center
Academic Affairs
Mr. Patrick Hall has been hired as Director of the library, effective March
1, 2005.
Development and External Relations
Mr. Tracey J. Hunter Hayes ’87 has joined the Development staff as Director
of Alumni Relations.
Fiscal Affairs
Lincoln University will review presentations by three bidders for the bookstore
contract on January 21, 2005.
Student Affairs and Enrollment Management
A new admissions person will be added to the staff to focus on the recruitment
of Pennsylvania students.
Spring 2005 Admissions Statistics
Fifty-four new students have enrolled at Lincoln University for the spring
‘05
Semester.
There being no further business, President Nelson adjourned the meeting at
12:00 p.m.
