The 2006 Langston Hughes Playwrights Workshop Submission Guidelines

• Script submissions will be accepted from February 24 through March 22, 2006
• Playwrights may submit one play of any length
• Submit play to Mr. Al Simpkins, Office of the Dean of Humanities, Lincoln University, 1570 Baltimore Pike, Lincoln University PA 19352
• Submission Format:

  • Title page includes playwright's name and contact information (one copy only)
  • Three additional anonymous copies (all pages numbered)
• All scripts must be copyrighted
• Submit a synopsis of play (include name)
• Playwrights must submit a brief biography
• Play must be postmarked by March 22, 2006 for consideration
• Script will not be returned
