Programs |
Currently, Physics department offers three majors programs BS in Physics, BA in Physics, and 3-2 Pre-engineering program as well a a minor in physics. The courses offered by the Physics department are organized into three groups: (a) Physics Freshman courses, (b) Physics Core courses, and (c) Physics Upper Level courses. Every student in the department major or minor need to take the freshman courses. The core courses taken by all three majors are designed to cover at some depth the major areas of Physics. Only the B.S. and B.A. majors are required to take a selection of courses from the upper level courses.
