This course provides an introduction to Engineering concepts and concentrates on developing problem solving skills.

PEN 211 Statics 3 Credits
This course covers vector treatment of force systems, equilibrium of forces and torques with emphasis on Engineering problems.

PEN 212 Dynamics 3 Credits
This course covers kinematics and dynamics problems involving Newton’s laws of motion. Emphasis is given application to engineering problems.

This course introduces students to digital electronics at an introductory level with a lab component.
