UPDATES FOR MARCH 1, 2004 through MARCH 5, 2004

UPDATES/ROAD/PARKING CLOSURES - the following buildings or parking areas will be affected during the coming week:
  • The road and parking lot behind Wright hall will be closed Monday, March 1st through Friday, March 5, 2004.
  • The road from the Student Union Building to the Frederick Douglass statue will be closed Monday, March 1st through Friday, March 5, 2004.
  • The back road from Dickey Hall to Hansberry Hall will be closed to traffic for 3 months starting the week of February 23rd.
  • The contractor will be conducting fire alarm testing in Houston Hall on Monday, March 1, 2004.
NOTICE

We are working to rectify the situation that caused 2 failed pipes to rupture this week. The ruptures were loud but did not cause any damage.

Walt Konopka, Heery International is the Construction Manager for these projects and Gerry Davis is the Project Administrator for Lincoln University. All questions, problems etc. will be addressed through them to the appropriate contractor. You may contact them through the Office of the Physical Plant at extension 3111. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated! Remember - these are your tax dollars at work.
