UPDATES FOR FEBRUARY 2, 2004 through FEBRUARY 6, 2004

UPDATES/ROAD/PARKING CLOSURES - the following buildings/parking areas will be affected during the coming week:
  • Work on the fire alarm system will continue all week in:
    • Houston Hall
  • There will be power outages due to electric changeover in the following buildings:
    • Public Safety Building - February 3, 2004, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (backup generator will provide emergency power)
    • Lincoln Hall - February 3, 2004, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
      Please remember to turn off computers, etc.
    • Alumni House/Guest House/85 - February 5, 2004, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Electric changeover has been completed in the following buildings:

Walt Konopka, Heery International is the Construction Manager for these projects and Gerry Davis is the Project Administrator for Lincoln University. All questions, problems etc. will be addressed through them to the appropriate contractor. You may contact them through the Office of the Physical Plant at extension 3111. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated! Remember - these are your tax dollars at work.
