SPECIAL NOTICE: The following buildings will be affected during the Christmas Break:

There will be a shutdown/electrical changeover for the following buildings:

Hansberry
Living Learning Center

December 30, 2003
Lucy Laney Hall
Langston Hughes Library
Morris Hall

December 31, 2003
Ashmun Hall
Rendall Hall

January 2, 2004
Frederick Douglass Hall
McRary Hall

January 3, 2004
Student Union Building

Houston and McCauley Halls may also be scheduled.

FYI
During Christmas Break, December 22 - 29, 2003, the carpet in the Business Office will be replaced.

Walt Konopka, Heery International is the Construction Manager for these projects and Gerry Davis is the Project Administrator for Lincoln University. All questions, problems etc. will be addressed through them to the appropriate contractor. You may contact them through the Office of the Physical Plant at extension 3111. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated! Remember - these are your tax dollars at work.
