UPDATES/ROAD/PARKING CLOSURE - the following buildings/parking areas will be affected during the coming week:

• The contractor installing the fire alarm system will be in the following buildings Monday, November 17 - Friday, November 21, 2003 from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM:
  • Ashmun Hall
  • Cresson Hall
  • Rendall Hall
  • McAuley Hall -- 11/18/03 only
• Due to the high winds this week there have been problems with the heat in a number of buildings. The contractors are working to correct these problems as soon as possible.

The main electrical service from Ashmun Road to Lincoln University sub-station is now up and running.

PPL Gas Company will be installing pipes along Ashmun Road starting Monday.

Walt Konopka, Heery International is the Construction Manager for these projects and Gerry Davis is the Project Administrator for Lincoln University. All questions, problems etc. will be addressed through them to the appropriate contractor. You may contact them through the Office of the Physical Plant at extension 3111. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated! Remember - these are your tax dollars at work.
