Reminder: If you see safety fencing or emergency roping, please stay out of the area. Please go around to reach your goal. These barriers have been erected for your protection and this is very important.

The road between Bldg 89 Wright Hall and Bldg 101 Lucy Laney will be closed August 4-6, Monday-Wednesday next week. Please do not park in the parking lot in that area.

For the 2nd week the road between Cresson and Lincoln will be continue to be closed. Please use the Front Middle Gate on Baltimore Pike for exit.

For the week of August 4th, Baltimore Pike will have intermittent lane closings to cross electrical lines. There will be flaggers to direct traffic. This will not directly affect campus traffic but might cause delays at the gate by the Arch.

HIGHLIGHTS!!

• 40,000 feet of cable have been pulled on site for the new lights.
• The new lights are starting around the Chapel and at least 30% will be operational before school starts.
• 45,000 feet of 4" conduit have been run for the electrical distribution and telephone.
• To date, 93 manholes have been completed.

• DO NOT GO AROUND ORANGE FENCES INTO THE CONSTRUCTION AREA.
• DO NOT ACCESS A CONSTRUCTION AREA WITHOUT A HARDHAT.
• PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AROUND THE CONSTRUCTION AREAS TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND THE WORKERS.

Walt Konopka, Heery International is the Construction Manager for these projects and Gerry Davis is the Project Administrator for Lincoln University.
