Physical Plant Update, June 15, 2004

The new road behind the gym to Hansberry Hall will be top-coated on Monday and Tuesday.  Traffic that is essential will be able to pass.  Please use with caution.  An alternative route is to go past McRary and Douglass Halls and through the parking lot near the Living Learning Center.

The back road from Dickey Hall to Hansberry Hall continues to be closed to traffic.  As soon as the tunnel work reaches the area toward the Physical Plant road the entrance to Dickey hall and the Library parking lot may be altered, as may the access to the Physical Plant.  We will update as needed.

Restoration work continues around the campus and we ask that everyone cooperate by taking extra precautions to stay off these areas until work can be completed.  All cars, trucks, and golf carts must be kept off of grassy areas.  Roped or taped off areas of cement must not be walked or driven on. We appreciate your cooperation.

Lombardo and Lipe Electrical Contractors will be turning the cable fiber and CAT wiring over to the University shortly.
