Plans for 2004 - 2005

Develop templates that are readily available for the Schools of Natural Sciences and
Mathematics, Humanities, and Social Sciences and Behavioral Studies for grant submission.

Develop an institutional capability database that will list Lincoln
University’s capabilities such as technology, faculty specialization,
external committee memberships, linkages and collaborations, and grant review
experience at federal, state or NGO level.

Work with the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics to submit an MBRS
grant proposal.

Submit grant application to the National Center for Minority Health &
Health Disparities in late fall, 2004.

With Dr. Susan Safford, convene faculty interested in undergraduate research in
order to expand on her findings and information from her recent attendance at
the Council for Undergraduate Research.

Co-sponsor grant writing workshop in the fall, 2004.
