CAREER SERVICES TO HOLD ANNUAL FAIR;
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES ABOUND
LINCOLN
UNIVERSITY, PA ~ The Office of Career Services of Development
and External Relations at Lincoln University will hold its
annual Career Fair on Thursday, March 13 in Manuel Rivero Hall.
According to Ralph Simpson, director of Career Services,
the Career Fair is an event that provides students as well
as other internal and external constituents of the university
the opportunity to interact with key individuals from business
and industry, education and government.
“This is an invaluable occasion to network and find
employment,” Simpson said. “I especially encourage
our seniors to take advantage of this opportunity, and they
should come with résumé in hand as they have
visited the websites of those companies they regard as top
choices for employment.”
Simpson said the Career Fair traditionally has attracted
over 75 participants representing school districts, higher
education, federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
“Anyone interested in employment can’t afford
to miss this opportunity,” Simpson said.
The Career Fair is free and also open to Lincoln University
students, faculty, staff and graduates. For more information,
