Dow-Ford, an attorney, Chief Counsel and Executive Vice
President for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance
Agency (PHEAA) speaks to and mentors students in the Pre-Law
Undergraduate Scholars Program (PLUS) at Lincoln University
on June 10, 2004. Funded by a $100,00 grant from the Law
School Admissions Council and operated jointly by Lincoln
University and Villanova University School of Law, the PLUS
Program provides enrolled students with relevant academic
course work and professional mentoring that prepares them
for the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) and law careers.
The summer program enrolls nine Lincoln students and six
students from other institutions, including Cheyney University,
Spelman College, and New York City College of Technology.
