POWER Library
POWER Library is provided by the State of Pennsylvania via Chester County Library System. Chester County Library System servers the Chester County including Lincoln University students. Accessing POWER Library requires a Chester County Library System library card and can be done at any computer with internet access. Full instructions are available at the library.

Lincoln University Students at Oxford Public Library or available to Pennsylvania
residents at these libraries.
The POWER Library allows you to access thousands of full text periodical articles, newspapers, a major encyclopedia, plus photographs, pictures, charts, maps, reference materials and more. You will find materials of interest in most subject areas.
